From Rishikesh to Chopta

This morning, we will get an early start to reach Chopta. Since you will be spending seven to eight hours in the car, you may do things like listen to music, play antakshari, engage in conversation with other passengers, or explore and take pictures of the beautiful scenery from the window. Because it is a lengthy journey, we have to enjoy the route, and after that, we will check in at the beautiful campsite. Moreover, the scenic drive will add to the excitement of the trip.

From Chopta to Tungnath and back

Greetings to the mountain morning of today! This is going to be a tough day for work, but there are loads of awesome things to happen in the course of the day! First of all, let me tell you that today we are to start our trip, which will be full of tales, and thorough walking to get to the height. During the walking tour that will take you along the six kilometers length, you will have a unique chance to follow the Land of Tales. Above all, when we will be at an altitude of 3,680 metres, our final point will be Tungnath and it will be rather important because of it is one of the Panch Kedars and the highest Shiv Temple in the world.

In addition to all this, there is even better reason why you should not let this chance slip out! Said simply, move on for a few more kilometers and here we will be at the top point of our trekking – Chandrashila Peak. From here , you get to view up the higher Himalayan range, Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch, Chaukhamba, even Kedar are visible from here, and this plain sweeps a full 180 degrees. After sometime, we are going to descend gradually to Chopta back. At Chopta we will be having dinner as well as spending a night at Chopta.
