Arrival at Kasol

`The picturesque Himalayan village of Kasol sits snugly on the banks of the Parvati River. Kasol, sometimes referred to as the “Amsterdam of India,” is quickly becoming a famous destination for hikers, campers, and ecotourists. One of the greatest spots in the nation to just sit back and relax in the panorama of snow-clad mountains, pine trees, and tranquil river is the valley, which is located 23 kilometres from Bhuntar and near to the holy town of Manikaran. Many trekkers use the paths that begin in Kasol to reach the passes of Yanker, Sar, Pin Parbati, and Kheerganga. Visit the hamlet of Malana to see the local culture firsthand. Just a short distance from Kasol is the little village of Malana, where the inhabitants have chosen to live in complete seclusion.
