At Global Events Travels, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made by calling or emailing our customer support team.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 15 days before travel date: 10% of the package cost
7–15 days before travel date: 25% of the package cost
3–6 days before travel date: 50% of the package cost
Less than 3 days before travel date or no-show: No refund
2. Cancellation by Global Events Travels
In rare cases, if a tour or booking is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, etc.), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule your booking or choose an alternative package of equal value
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, including PhonePe where applicable.
In case of PhonePe payments, refunds will reflect in your PhonePe wallet or bank account as per their processing timeline.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings such as flight tickets, visa fees, or hotel bookings may be marked as non-refundable as per third-party policies.
These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. Payment Disputes via PhonePe
If any payment-related dispute arises from a PhonePe transaction, please reach out to our support team with your PhonePe transaction ID for prompt resolution.
We comply with PhonePe’s UPI refund policies and cooperate fully to resolve such cases efficiently.
