Cancellation: GET will provide a trek voucher for the entire number of treks if they are cancelled at the last minute due to a natural catastrophe or unanticipated events (such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, attacks, or bandhs). Over the next year, the coupon might be used for the same trek or one entirely.

If you decide to postpone the hike, kindly take note of the following:

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15–30 days before the date of travel,, then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation are made 0–15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Refund:

A refund will be initiated after 2 days of approval of the cancellation after deducting the cancellation fees.
